B-bets.com has blocked my account - balance confiscated

I have used the services of the bookmaker with operating url www.b-bets.com operated and managed by a firm named Condor group (Condor Malta LTD plus Condor Curacao N.V.) in the last 3 months only their sportsbook platform which has a Curacao License No. 1668/JAZ issued by Curaçao eGaming.

3 weeks ago at a time where I had deposited totally 2036 euro and had gained totally 465 euro as promotional bonuses, with all wager reqs met, I asked for withdraw all my balance equal to 1841 euros. At a time when I forwarded all asked FYC documentation, I noticed my account was freezed and I couldn't login at all. When I asked them about it they informed me that my account was "suspected for multi - account" and this can be a breach on their terms&conditions. I explained to them that I was surprised to hear that and I don't have any connection with improper betting procedures. They told me they will do ther best to sort this out the best possible way for me.Without being an expert I thought that 2 guys created 2 accounts and there was some IP conflict due to a software error and I dinot give much attention. In 3 weeks time from my withdraw request they officially informed me that (copying from their email) :
"We have received a feedback from our player management and we need to inform you that your account has been banned at our casino due to violation of our terms in creating more than one account per one IP, there were detected more than 2 accounts on the same IP you used. Therefore this decision is final and account reopening cannot be considered accordingly" . I felt one of the wirse feelings ever. I told them I am unaware and I don't have any connection to anything like this and I am eager to see their data that support this as probably there is a misunderstanding somewhere. They sent me nothing, no clue or evidence. They did their internal investigation, they produced their internal results and I have to trust their word of honour without any reaction. I have created my account from my home computer but I use other terminals (ie. office computer, mobile, tablet) to login, is this illegal ? I am 55 years old owner of a big family and I have a 20 years betting experience being a customer of many bookmakers, nobody has accused me of anything. Seems that those guys pick up high balance accounts and kill them. I would be grateful if anybody can support me with this. By the way, an advice to bettors, donot trust Curacao license, they donot respond to complaints or emails in general although they provide the option, trust the MGA license instead they are there at least to listen to you.
