Marsbet confiscated balance (6325EUR)

Well, okay, let's explain you the situation.I deposited 3500EUR via Skrill to
that s**t bookmaker and won 6300EUR.Tried to withdraw the money, they asked
for ID and said i will withdraw later, okay.I passed that step as well. Later
tried again, they wanted documents, okay sent them again and said everything
is okay.Tried to withdraw to Skrill,Neteller,Ecopayz, not successful.When i
tried to contact them, they said me to withdraw the money to Turkish bank
account.WTF i reacted :DI don't have some connection in Turkey, tried to
explain them multiple times, they refuse to understand or they are simply too
stupid to understand it.Now waiting for their answer but they refuse to
answer on my emails as well.I hope you can help me to sort that problem.Take
care!

P.S. Now they have closed my account and didn't respond on my emails.
I don't know how to react or what to do in that case

P.S. 2 I have filled also a complaint there. I hope you can help me.

Hi eemurla, is there a reason provided as to why you need to withdraw the money from a Turkish bank? As what have I read from their site the book - "Marsbet is owned by Alpha Entertainment B.V. registration number 129958 and registered adres is New Haven Office Center Emancipatie Boulevard 31 P.O. Box 6052 Curacao Dutch Caribbean regulated by the Government of the Netherlands Antilles (Curacao)." - Did you tried sending a complaint to the regulated address mentioned?

Hey Sandy,
First of all thanks you have wrote.
I don't know why they wanted to withdraw to Turkish bank after i have explained 10490 times that i am Bulgarian and not Turk.
I tried to fill a complaint but it didn't work sadly.
Maybe if you contact them as BMR, they will be scared as i got something from the license provider that he contacted them and they said him that there are missed details etc.
I have sent them as well but if we push them to the wall, we can get what we want I am sure.

P.S. The license provider of that company is e-Management( HBM Group).

Just to give you an update:
Last i have contacted Mr.Behr(https://www.linkedin.com/in/hermanbehr?authType=name&authToken=A82m&trk=...)
He is the licenseprovider's owner and he was in touch with them.
Marsbet told him that i didn't send my documents and if i send them, they will recover my deposit from 3500EUR.
I did it immediately but i didn't received an answer.
Maybe if you contact Mr.Behr for suggestion more, he wouldn't refuse you as you are company and i am individuall.

P.S. Mars blocked me from livechat as well .

Just an update.
Today the CEO of Marsbet and Kozbet have wrote me and sent my deposit back.
Thanks to all who supported me in that case.
Thanks to the CEO Martin as well that he understood me.
