I was betting on Starcasino from long period and i successfully uploaded my ID and i have at the moment 2500EUR + ton of opened bets.Today i saw it has been locked and i am shocked now.They told me they will send my money to my bank account but it isn't fair from their side because i don't remember which opened bets i have there.I will be happy if you can help me.

P.S. Filled a complaint vs. them yesterday.

Bit tricky that,eemurla.Sadly,Starcasino will almost certainly have the right to lock and close your account whenever they want,according to their terms and conditions.They should honour your open bets,and they should provide you with a list of your open bets if you request one.However,by asking for such a list,you are sort of admitting that you didn't make one while your account was unlocked,so you are more-or-less relying on their honesty.I am not criticising you here - I long ago stopped printing copies of all of my bets,but this is the downside of not keeping copies.Of course,for all they know,you could actually have copies somewhere,so you could catch them out and expose them if they were dishonest !

It's one of the shames for me in the last period.
I was happy with starcasino but they didn't informed me that they will close my account etc.
It's why i didn't needed to take SS of my bets.
I hope someone from the website to help me to solve the case as my friends account was locked as well.

If you were happy because you were winning,then that is probably why they were unhappy ! That is a sad reality to bear in mind when betting wiith most bookies.
